Terms for Vendors:

While we appreciate applications from all of those who are interested, tables at the Cranberry Christmas Market are limited and MAC curates the event to ensure a wide variety of products are available to shoppers. Priority will be given to Mississauga-based artists.

Selected vendors will be charged a registration fee of $75 for MAC members and $120 for non-members. The fee includes a 6-foot table with 2 chairs, and all liability insurance requried by the venue. Each vendor will only be allowed one (1) table this year.

Vendors are responsible for all decoration and display on their own tables including table cloths. Please indicate if you require electricity at your table. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but do not guarantee electricity will be available for all tables. Location of tables is determined by MAC, location requests cannot be guaranteed.

Vendors are responsible for loading in and out their own products. Please note that Clarke Memorial Hall has a set of stairs at the entrance and access to the building’s elevator will be limited. If you require assistance, please bring someone to help you. Load-in times will be staggered to ensure smooth setup.

Vendors are responsible for all of their own sales (cash, etransfer, and/or credit card, if applicable). Please ensure you bring all floats or technology needed to process sales. MAC will not take any commissions on sales and will not process any monetary transactions on behalf of vendors.

Clarke Memorial Hall has free WiFi (Wireless Mississauga).

This event will be recorded/photographed and may be used for program-related marketing for Mississauga Arts Council.

This is a family-friendly event and as such, your items for sale and decorum must be suitable for all ages.
