“The virtual award show, directed by Ron Duquette, highlighted the creative ingenuity displayed by the achievements of our 53 finalists, including 16 MARTY winners and three Community Awards Winners.
“The show featured performances by MARTYs host and 2019 Music Solo Vocalist – Established Winner, Arlene; 2019-2021 City of Mississauga Poet Laureate and 2019 MARTY – Literary Arts Emerging Winner, Paul Edward Costa; and 2017 MARTY Dance – Established Winner, Frog in Hand Dance Company.”
